APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. To hold your appointment, we will require a debit or credit card. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder call, but it is your responsibility to know your appointment date and time and cancel with notice. If you miss your appointment or are a “no-show,” you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least [48 hours] prior to your appointment.
